What if I have special instructions?
Absolutely! If you have specific requests, we can accommodate them into your SOPs so that they are built around what you are looking for and comfortable with. Simply tell us your request, and we’ll build it in.
What can I expect from my ROI?
We understand it’s the question everyone asks themselves before hiring or testing out new marketing strategies. Unfortunately, there's no answer that fits everyone. The answer can vary by what market you are in and the demographics. Also depends on how you set up your AM for success. The result depends on multiple factors - the market, demographics, data you use, etc. We can guarantee that the tasks you give to the AM will be completed. Closing the deal is the client’s responsibility.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes, you can cancel anytime. The payment is made monthly upfront with no commitment to prolong the service. If you decide to cancel, you can still use the service until your current billing cycle ends.
Do I have direct communication with my AM?
Yes, we want the process to be transparent. You’ll have open and direct communication with your AM and their supervisor. The AM will send you daily reports and notify you whenever your help is needed. The supervisor is there to look over your AM’s quality of work, help the AM with daily tasks, and be there to discuss tech setup, proper lead hand-off, and questions and concerns you might have.
What’s different between your AM and someone I can personally hire online?
Our AMs are trained to work with the SC platform specifically - they know all the system’s ins and outs. You don’t have to spend time training and micromanaging them, wait till they ramp up, and help them do simple tasks.
Is there a training fee?
There’s no training fee. You start paying the day your AM starts working on your account.
